Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Im divorced over 4 years and already married again. My ex husband send me only $150 per month for our child expenses when he feels like. I never files child support before on him BUT Im so ready now. How can I prove he makes more than that? if he works as mechanic and I do not have his taxes? how can I get his taxes file to find out how much he makes? (I dont have his SS# only his address)

If you are divorced, your divorce paperwork should have provided for support. See a lawyer for details on whether you should enforce it with counsel or go to the state.
