Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

I have been divorced for 2 years 5months. My ex has still not filed the quatro for her portion of my 401k and retirement. is there a time limit for her to have done thisfrom the court order date to do so.

I imagine you mean QDRO. And since divorces with QDROs are highly complex, I assume you had a lawyer. Ask your lawyer to follow up.
