Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

I have been divorced for 4 years. The problem I am in involves the residence, which is in my name, and my ex-wife and daughter are living in. In the divorce decree it states that my ex-wife will either buy the property in question or sell it within 3 years. At the end of the 3 year period my ex-wife asked me for another year and even signed an agreenment with me that at the end of this 1 year extension the house would either be sold or bought by her. Well that 1 year has come and gone and she is still in the house. What should I do to resolve this?

Hire a lawyer and take her to court to enforce the decree.
