New dna law for child support fathers

understand thats there is--name removed--new law that gives fathers--name removed--chance to take--name removed--dna test in order to prove they are not the childs father and removes the child support order.Can anyone help me with this.

Don't know of any new order. That's always been a defense and court has allowed it. Father must pay, if he is not the father, mother has to reimburse him generally. Cost used to be around $600, may be less depending on county. County health department may be able to do it for you.
