Dna proof

2 years ago i did a crazy thing and did not show up for a dna test the mother had set up - alot of ill feelings & my stupidness i honestly did not beleive the child was mine! Now - i have been given a reality check and see the child looks just like me - her husband signed the birth certificate . 1st how do i get a court order for dna proof i am the father. & where do i go from there?
