Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

DNA Test/Visitation

Hello! My husband recently rcvd. a letter from CSE stating that a woman with whom he had a 1 night stand with has named him as an alleged father. We signed a DNA test order. He will test on 12/17. My question is if it IS his child, how do we go about getting the child's location? CSE said that because of confidentiality reasons that they cannot give us the CP's info. Also, CSE stated that if it IS his child, we need to give them 3 years of tax returns and they will tell us what he owes weekly. ANY help would be appreciated! You can email me: [email protected]

Re: DNA Test/Visitation

You may need to hire a private investigator to locate the mother. If there's a court date, she may show up for that. Asking for tax returns is common. If you have other kids, make sure that CSE knows that.
