Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

I'm a doctor and my husband said he will go after my medical degree and won't divorce me. He did give me money during medical school but the entire debt and bill is in my name only. Does he have any grounds to do this. I've only been a US citizen for 15 yrs so I have no idea what he means. I finish my residency program in two yrs, I have not seem him in 5 yrs. he only communicates via text or email. He won't tell me where he is but wants to hinder my career.
