Domestic Violence

If I am the victim of domestic violence and my boyfriend and I still remain friends he is in jail and I want to go see him the DA knows that we are friends but tell me they don't feel its appropriate now that I see him. I have rights too and I want to go see him. Can they do that even though I am requesting to see him?

Get counseling. You need it. Nothing could be more foolish than what you are asking. Rethink your life, as those who think like you do usuallu end up with a hellacious life of being abused, or even killed. The DA can likely help you with counseling if you don't know where to go.
