Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

I believe my ex may have downloaded spyware on my son's cell phone during one of his visitations. Is this legal? and what is my recourse of action if any? GEORGIA

Since we don't know whose name the phone is, whether he is a minor, who has legal custody, etc. (and even IF he did it as you said "may" which means even you don't know), there is no way to answer you.
