Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

I believe my ex may have downloaded spyware on my son's cell phone during one of his visitations. Is this legal? and what is my recourse of action if any? GEORGIA

The cell phone is under my name and I pay the bill.

You keep asking the same question and keep sayiung "may." Either he did or he didn't. I find it strange that you keep posting the same question without being willing to tell us if he did or did not.

If you are sure he did, call your local police and the FBI and ask them to investigate.

If you are unsure, then do nothing so you don't go to jail for a false police report.
