Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

I am due to have a baby with my husband in 6 weeks. We live in GA. I need to get a divorce and I would like to move near my family in TX. Does it matter where the baby is born in terms of a custody battle? Would it be better to move to TX now and have the baby there or does it matter for custody law purposes?
