Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

i am in the early stages of a divorce there has been no legal paperwork done but i would like to know how would i know how much to ask for in child support. Also my husband is trying to get me and the kids out of the house what can i do with his name being on the lease to the house?

You can calculate the normal amounts using the child support calculator of the state office of child support website.
