Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

easy divore question

i am in the process in getting a uncontested,simple divorce.It will be fial Feb.11,2000.At what time can I ask him to leave legally ? I own my own home and there is no division of assets.

You should ask for an order now if there is a prblem. You can ask for an order requiring that he leave right away or have it put in the decree
