Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Email as Evidence

My husband has received emails from an unknown party that depicts his ex and her new boyfriend (who is married) talking about having sexual contact in front of his three children. Are the emails enough evidence for a custody change or at least enough to get them to search her computer? Not sure how this works in a custody issue. Thanks

Re: Email as Evidence

This is certainly worth looking into. Consult with an attorney in the area where the ex lives and/or the jurisdiction in which the divorce took place.

Re: Email as Evidence

The best way to find out if this is enough evidence for a custody change is to schedule an appointment with a lawyer and take these emails to him/her.
