Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Emancipation of a minor

My 15 year-old daughter expresses that, in Georgia, when she is 16 next year she is "independent" of her parents and does not need our permission to do what she wants (quit school, leave home, etc). What does the Georgia code say?

I agree.
