Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

I just ended a 9 yr relationship. We have 1 child together but i met him with 2 of mine. i received $400 dollars a week from him while we were together. Now that we have broken up he has decided all i deserve is $400/ month. Can I challenge this?

In Georgia you receive NO alimony since you chose to live in an illegal relationship rather than getting married.

As to child support, neither you nor he decides that. If you want the amount of child support the law says you should get, you file for child support, either through the state or with private counsel.
