Legally I was told that I have no rights to persue a paternity suit aginst a military member overseas without going throught thru the german govt... the miltary member will be back in the country in less than two months. I am from Ga. and his home of residence is Tx. How would I go about establishing a paternity suit against the father when he returns stateside?

Contact a local attorney who handles military law or a member of the J.A.G. (Judge Advocate General) office of the nearest military base.
