Eviction

I have a 17 year old step son that I want out of the house as soon as possible. When he turns 18 by what means can I remove him from my household? Can I physically kick him out?

It appears that you have a bit of a tricky situation. You can immediately start dispossessory proceedings. (Go the the local magistrate court to get the forms.) However, I assume the kid's parent is your spouse. Then, the kid will claim that his parent has given him permission to live in the marital abode. A judge may have to sort this out. Consult with a local attorney.
