Your sister can't have herself appointed as anything without court approval. Go to the Probate Court and see what papers have been filed. Then, ASAP, consult with a local attorney.

Your question cannot be simply answered without additional information. You should arrange for a consultation with an attorney who will gather the information needed to determine what legal options are available to you.
Re: executor of dad's estate
Executors ONLY happen in wills so your post doesn't make sense. If there was no will, the estate had to be administered, and that did not happen without either sheriff's service or a newspaper ad. An adminstrator is appointed only after notice, so you either missed your chance to object or there hjas been no appointment yet. So before anyone can help you you need to get your facts straight. Go to the court, get a copy of the whole file, and see a probate lawyer immediately.
