What can I expect to happen at my child support establishment court hearing?

My daughter's father and I were never married.

He has never tried to contact me or see her (she is now 10 months old)

He does not help in anyway. (I pay for everything)

We took a paternity test back in July, to which proved he is the biological father.

He gets paid under the table from his employer.

You haven't given us ny of the information needed to answer. How much do you earn? What can you prove that he earns? Does he have other children and if so what support does he pay for them? What court is your case in? Do you have a lawyer? Did he respond to the case? Is this a state filed case or one you filed?

Since you left out all of the needed details there is no way to answer except tp tell you to ask your lawyer, who should be familiar with these details.
