Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia
I am expecting a child with my ex girl friend in a few weeks. I would like a make a written agreement between us that states the child's custody situation and support This agreement will not handled inside a court room or drawn up by lawyers . it will be just a typed agreement stating both of our responsibilities. If she fails to meet this agreement or contract can it be enforced in famliy court in GA ?

That agreement wouldn't be worth the paper it was written on. That's a horrible idea. Legally it's unenforceable, and it may not even be admissable in court.
What you can, should and MUST do, if you actually care about the child to be, is to legitimize the child,.and then do an uncontested case for support, custody and visitation in court. That is very inexpensive if both parties agree, and yes, you need a lawyer, as the court will expect exact and proper language.
