Do I have to exsercise my right for visitation?

Last year my ex gave tempory cousty to me.....5 months later she had the police come to my house for some abuse ,(which was false,sent social services over just being nasty ...I let the child visit her and she had a judge grant her coustdy.........one year later she wants me to keep the childern for the summer.which I don't care to do after what she did last year.............her boy friend call and said that he would have the childern here in 2 weeks from last saturday(june4,2005)..I spoke with my ex and informed her I would not exercise my visitation this year after last summer and not letting me have them on my part of the christmas vacation last 12/25.......what are my rights
