Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia
My exwife who lives out of state with our 4 year old son. I only see him about 30 days out of the year as he is too far away and I pay an astronomical amount of money in child support. She is about to get married to a man who she plans on moving even further away from me with. He also Kay be joining the coast guards which would mean even more moving around. What are my options for modifying the custody agreement as far as paying less child support to compensate for the lack of visitation and which state must I file? I've been in Georgia the whole time, she's been in Mississippi 2+ years and plans to move to Texas.

First of all, there is no such legal concept as reducing child support due to less visitation, so abandon that thought.
If you wish to file anything else (and you didn''t ask about anything else), that would need to be filed in Mississippi and you would need to talk to a lawyer there.
