Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Ex-wife has another man staying at her house ater midnight and my 15 & 17 year old daughters live there. Is the breaking the wholesome enviroment? We have joint custody.

Most settlement agreements address this issue. If you did not want an unrelated member of the opposite sex staying overnight with the mother when the children were present, it should have been included in your settlement agreement. I suggest you contact your divorce attorney to discuss and if you were not represented, find a family law attorney and discuss with him/her.
