Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia
My exwife moved to north carolina and has moved the parenting plan, yet has kept the support order in California. Why? Is this more beneficial for her to have it in CA instead of NC when you consider Ostler Smith etc. Would my support decrease if it was moved to NC? At the time the order was made she was not working now she is making over $100k a year and I have another child.

I'm not sure why you posted this as a Georgia question, as it means Georgia (and not NC or Calif) lawyers will see it. Since state laws vary, a Georgia attorney won't be able to answer you. You may want to repost under the correct state.
