if the father of my baby has vistations everyother weekend in a different state can they get my for contempt of court if i dont let her go bc im scard for her life?

You are asking if you can choose on your own to violate a judge's order. The consequences of that could be jail, attorneys fees, or a loss of custody. If you have a real fear for the child the way to address that is not to violate a courtt order but to hire a lawyer and address that before the judge.
