Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Family Law

We cannot afford an attorney and have already printed and filled out the forms we needed but aren't sure if we've done everything correctly. Where can we go for help with the paperwork for legitimation, custody, visitation and child support? Please help!

Re: Family Law

Legitimization is definitely not a do it yourself process. While some counties in metro Atlanta have forms (most do not), most are not really adequate and may cause expensive problems later. If both parties agree the legal fees are actually inexpensive (call me for details). Additionally, if you do use forms, it is worth paying for a lawyer's consultation to review and tweak the forms before you file (that costs very little).
