Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

family law

may husband and I have been married for 19 yrs. We have 5 children. I asked him to moved out because our cell phone records have proved that he has been dating another woman online. He feels like he don't have to move because he has the primary income. Is there a legal way of going about getting him out of the house.Legally, will he have to continue taking care of things in the house?

All of your questions should be dealt with in the course of an attorney-client relationship. Your first action will be selecting an attorney to represent your interests.

He can stay there, not because he has the primary income, but because it is the marital abode. As such, either spouse has equal rights to the property unless a Judge orders otherwise, usually as part of divorce proceedings. Consult with a local attorney.
