Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Family law

Mt wife has moved away and has been for over 4 years. No minor children, no property or money. I am on disability. Can't afford divorce. I need state assistance. Can I claim I am single. She will not file.

You can't claim you are single as long as you are married.
