Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Yes, i have a family member that CPS is wanting to take her children from her.. Since she lives 15 mins from the state line, she wants to move and hopefully she can avoid losing her children.. Can the CPS cross over the state line and persue this or will she be safe?

If she's dumb enough to do something like that, she is likely to guarantee losing her children, as the one state will simply contact the other. Instead of running, she should be speaking to a lawyer.
