Family members bringing unwanted guests

My adult daughter and her 18-month old son have been living with us since March 2007. She was previously living with the father of her son who has two children from another relationship. Now she wants to bring these two children to our home to stay for several days. My question is: can I prevent her from bringing these children into our home and what steps do I follow to accomplish my wishes?

If you don't want someone in your house, say so. I am not sure what other "steps" you think there are.
