Family Members Right In Reversing Adoptions

My nephew and his girlfriend gave a child up for adoption. When we found out we were devastated .It has only been six weks since the child was born. Is there anyway that they can get the child back. My sister is willing to take care of her grandchild . We live in SC and she took the child to Georgia

I don't know the terms of the adoption procedings. I do know that there was a lawyer involved. Therefore your best source would be to contact that person, who would be in a position to advise you on this particular adoption. Your nephew or the family court can tell you who that lawyer was and how to contact him/her.
