I am in a family of 4 siblings, my mother sold her home place and land to another sibling without the consent of 3 other siblings. Is this legit?

Why would you think that your mother would need permission from anyone to sell her property? Do you need permission from your family members before you sell property you own?

Sure, it's her property. You have no say-so in what she does just like she can't control what you do with your property.
