Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia
me and the farther of my child are going back and forth to court he is trying to get our child for three days every other week however i am deeply concern because he has threated to kill himself more than three times plus he has admitted that his mind is not right i have told the judge this but she acts as though its not important. do i have the right to request for pshcological evaultion? he has a lawyer but i dont i represent myself

Simply stated, if you cared about the welfare of your child in the face of threats of deadly violence and alleged mental health problems, you would IMMEDIATELY have a lawyer. The fact that the father has a lawyer is yet another reason. What has to happen?
