Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

my father and I have been caring for my elderly mother with dementia for two years with the help of paid nurses. My brother and sister want her to move to a nursing home which he does not. They assert that I am a danger to my dad.I know by letter they wrote that their true concern is the money being spent on my mothers care, that they assume is their inheritence. My father wants to stay in his home.my question is there any chance if slander, since they are claiming i am a dangerous person.

You don't say exactly what was said, or who they sad it to. Facts matter, and you left those out. However, the real question is what would you do about it. Start a family war by suing them, or threatening to sue them? Unless you are ready to do that, which could end up being a big mistake, you won't even start. Otherwise, no one here can second guess who is right in the care of your mother.
