Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

The father of my child (we are not married) was not available to sign the birth record at the hospital. How do we go about having his name added to the Birth Certificate now?

This will be possible either by legitimization or a petition to amend the birth certificate, based on information I don't have in your post. (We handle both). In some cases, if the child is under age 1,you may have another option.
