If the father of my child came into maryland and took custudy of my daughter and ran to georgia. Where should i file to get an appeal?

Youre question is too incomplete to answer. You haven't told us if her was ever married to you or if he ever legitimated the child, if there already is a custody order, how long the child has been in the state, etc.
