Can a father legitimate his child at any age in Georgia? He is already on child support.

Yes, up to the age of 18 (at which point the child is deemed an adult). Child support is a different issue than legitimation. I STRONGLY recommend that you consult with a family law attorney about the benefits and burdens of legitimation. Best of luck.
