my father passed away during the final steps of his divorce. his will left his wife as the admin. his three children are listed as beneficiaries, can he contest to will to void her as the admin in the state of georgia

I am not sure who "he" is. Anyone can contest the appointment of an administrator. I suggest you obtain advice from an attorney who practices in this area. I would not try it on your own.
