Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Father Seeks Primary Custody of Children

Very competent father of 2 young boys. Temporary hearing gave me 50% custody. I want to maintain 50% and pay no child support to apostate wife who abandoned me and had a n affair. Have joined Fathers Are Parents Too. Second attny told me that I have better case and better attny than my wife and that I am still going to lose because I am a male. I live in Cherokee County GA and am looking for attny that is agressive in child custody cases and believes that some Dads are great parents. Any help appreciated

Child Support and Custody

If you are currently represented by counsel, I cannot solicit your business, due to ethical contraints.

I, however, am an experienced family law attonrey, and spent several years representing the state office of Child Support Enforcement in Cherokee and Forsyth counties. At the present time, in addition to my private practice, I still represent Child support Enforcement in Gwinnett County. In my private practice, I work extensively in divorce, child support and custody matters.

If you are not currently represented by counsel and you child support is not being handled by the Office of Child Support Enforcement, i would be happy to talk to you about your case, and preceisely what legal options and strategies may be available to you.
