Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia
My father suffered a accident and he's in a coma....when I went to the hospital to see him, my uncle and my dad's wife called security to escort me out of the hospital! So they did, I was escorted out of the hospital. They can do that? What do I need to do? Do I need a police order or court order to see my father?

I am sorry for this situation, no matter what led to it, but what you do from here depends on the rest of the story we do not know. There is a reason they did what they did, and we don't know the history. Of course, the best option is to keep trying to work this out among the family, be nice and respectful, and hopefully it will work out. Otherwise, if you were told by the hospital administration (not the family) to not come on the property, you should not until you have permission or you risk being arrested for trespass.
