Fathers rights?

My daughters mother and I are not married and never went to court for joint custody. We broke up about a year ago. I went to jail for awhile and then I got out my daughter was gone. The mom took and and moved and has not tried to contact me to let me see my daughter! Is there anything I can do to get my little girl back? Can I press charges on her for kidnapping? Someone please get back to me.
