father's rights
my son lives with me and his mother gets him on the weekends. she doesn't pay child support on time, she moves from place to place, and she always says that she don't have the money or gas to bring him home. i am affrad for his health when he goes there. i am wondering if i have the right to keep him from her until she straightens up.
