Father's Rigth on my child

My wife has just filed for a divorce and she has a resrtaining order agaist me so i can't see my daughter is there anything I can do? all I want to do is see my daughter. PLEASE REPLAY thank you

without seeing the actual papers that you are refering to it is very difficult to answer. however, a restraining order is usually temporary in nature and it is possible on some occasions to have the order amended or altered or changed during the time it is effective. you need to take the papers to an attorney to look at for more precise advise.
