Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

My fianc� and I are buying a home together (we live in GA) and are getting married in June. He has visitation with his daughter every other weekend, and his divorce papers say "no overnight guests who are not related by blood or marriage." If we own (both of us are on the deed) and reside in the home together, is that still considered a "guest"?
