Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

My fiance is currently paying $1000.00 a month toward his house payment that he and his ex wife had together. It is in the divorce decree that he is to pay this amount until the house sells. For the first year, she had it priced so high that it didn't show. Note: she is good friends with her real estate agent. He has been paying this for 2 years now. Is there anyway that she can be forced to change real estate agencies or the divorce decree can be amended so he can get on with his life without having this hanging over his head? As it stands now, she has all the control and can continue to live there with a sign up in her yard for the rest of her life and my fiance will have to continue paying for it. The property is up for sale and I might add that she conducts a personal business from the home as well as working outside the home. Please advise.

I have dealt with a similar case. His remedies depend in large part on how well or badly written the paperwork is. If I could read it I could determine if going back to court might be reasonable. The answer will depend in large part on the original language.
