Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia
My fiance and I were together for 3 1/2 yrs. We have a 2 yr old son together. He walked out on us just over a month ago. Needless to say my income is not alot, which puts me in a bind to pay bills etc. What can I expect him to have to pay to us to get the most out of it for my son and I?

YOU should not expect anything. Because you were never married (it does not matter that you were engaged. Being married is like being pregnant -- you either are or your aren't). Your son, however, may be eligible to receive child support payments from the Dad.
