Given the mispelling in your question and the fact that you are even asking the question, in a single word, DON'T.
Contempt cases are usually complex and full of procedural pitfalls. Since your chances of success improve greatly with counsel, if it's actually important, save up for the attorney and then file.
If you decide to ignore the advice, go to the law library, read several books on contempts, look in the clerk's office at similar contempts filed by attorneys and then visit the family law center in Fulton or Dekalb (or online) and look and see if any of their forms would help.
