Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

I need to file for contempt of court. My ex has relocated my kids out of state and did not give the 60 days notice as stated in the court order.I do not have the money for a lawyer and need to do this on my own. Can you please tell me how to get started on this.

Given that cases done without a lawyer tend to go very badly, my suggestion is save up enough to pay a lawyer and then file. It makes little sense to waste time and a filing fee and not have the best chance possible.
