I need to file for divorce how can i get my husband out the house he is making the life unbearable for me and my daughter he is very verbally, mentally and emotionally abusive

If he doesn't want to go, the answeris to get a lawyer. A court then can decide who stays and goes (it may or may not be decided quickly). There's no magic bullet here,but the sooner you hire someone, the sooner things may happen.
